Team Lead of AR specialists

Ross leads our team of AR specialists in fixing claims and collecting revenue for our clients. And he’s the pro! With Cosentus since 2016, his favorite part of his job is helping our team members combat claim denials and solve issues for doctors. He credits his excellent mentor, Perla, for teaching him everything he knows about AR.

Ross feels blessed to have his wonderful family. Outside of work, he loves spending his spare time watching movies, listening to songs, and chatting with friends and family.

Emily Reynolds

International Project Manager

Emily has been with Cosentus for 8 ½ years and now serves as our International Project Manager, helping our international clients get their business situated in the U.S. and beyond! Given one word, Emily would describe herself as “virtuous.” We can see that in the way she delivers awesome client experiences every day!

When she’s not working, Emily loves cooking, reading, gardening, traveling, spending time with family, exercising, snuggling my dogs, camping, listening to music, and learning new things about different parts of the world. She’s been married to her husband Clint for 7 years, and they have two spoiled rescue dogs, Teddy and Maeve. Her favorite things include Ted Lasso, Mexican food, Toni Morrison, Fleetwood Mac, and Fall.

Gabrielle Walker

Corporate Operations

Gabrielle is happily married to her husband Chris and they have 2 teenagers: daughter Nevaeh and son Logan. Can’t forget sweet Rottweiler Daisy! When she’s not working she’s always on the run chasing her family and watching the various sports they all play. She loves being their biggest cheerleader! For Gabrielle, service means being a human. Understanding everyone is walking a different path and providing the tools to support and guide our clients through their business journeys.

Divya Jain

Senior content Developer

Divya likes to travel, read books, and above all ‘be poetic.’ Which is a good thing, considering she is our Senior Content Developer! With her main goal of developing our marketing content and boosting our SEO rankings to number 1, Divya loves the diversity and variety of projects that her role allows. She is creative, disciplined, and keen to explore more. Spoken like a true Cosentee!

William Gardner

Project Manager

Bill is an optimistic Project Manager with a penchant for sitting in his comfy extra wide chair with his two pups on either side of him and driving the country highways in Southwest Missouri. He has been with Cosentus for 7 years and counting, and he loves helping everyone he works with inside and outside of our organization. Service means listening and understanding what others truly need from him.

He has an amazing Mom, Stepmom, and Father. His brother and wife have brought great joy into his life with his 3 nieces, 19, 6, & 4 years old. In terms of food, he absolutely loves a great Chili.

Zhian William Cao

Assistant Tax Director

William is our dedicated Assistant Tax Director, focused on serving clients and making sure his team is happy—happy team, happy clients! He loves getting to know his many different clients and helping them with their tax needs. Outside of work, William likes to travel with his family, go to the park with his kids, and get together with his friends. His favorite movie is “Tommy Boy”!

Tara is determined and ready to help our clients. With Cosentus for over 8 years, she enjoys hearing success stories from clients—that we helped shape their business growth by our expert tax strategies, or applied tax benefits that they weren’t aware of. Keep the good stories coming!

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Sarah loves getting to work with all sorts of great people—and we love working with her! She is married to her amazing husband, Matt, and they have an awesome dog named Clark. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors and teaching Body Pump at the gym!

Nima Kashyap

Assistant Accounts Manager

Nima is the Assistant Accounts Manager for Cosentus. Nima joined us in June 2021 and supports the management of accounts for Corporate Accounting. With 12 years of experience in finance and accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance, she loves to analyze numbers. In her free time, she enjoys music and travel. She also loves watching movies and spending time with her family.

Dillon Sefic

Content Creator

Dillon loves being creative and finding joy in the little things. As our Content Creator on the Marketing Team, he believes that service is all about listening attentively and responding with purpose. At Cosentus, he loves getting to stretch his creative muscles while working with an awesome and supportive team.

Outside of work you can find him curling up with a good book and latte in hand, or binge watching Netflix, traveling, hiking, and enjoying nature! Dillon is obsessed with ice cream. He’s not picky about the flavor! But right now he can’t get enough of Ben & Jerry’s vegan PB & Cookies! (B&J, where’s that sponsorship?!)

CTS Account Manager

Teeayr is our Customer Engagement Specialist of 4+ years, and she loves building genuine relationships with clients and earning their trust and respect. This works well with her definition of service—which means helping our clients thrive by supporting them!

Outside of work, she loves gardening, watching TV, bike riding, and solving puzzles. What brings her the most joy? “I won’t lie about it,” she says. “I have cried tears of gratitude over a plate of really good pasta!

Pete Maki

Director of Business Development

Pete loves bringing new people together to solve problems. As our strategic Director of Business Development (and dedicated Cosentee of 5 years!), Pete believes that service is good design paired with the ability to listen and solve a true need. With his wife, 2 kids, and 12 chickens all named Aurora, Pete loves creating and enjoying the best of food! To quote the man himself: “Give me a good BBQ and you’ve shown me great friendship!”

Pam has been a Senior Accountant with us for over 2 ½ years. She lives in Littleton, CO with her husband Seth and daughter Caitlin. She loves photography, horses, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Riya is one of the youngest leaders in our organization. Her warm & friendly personality and crisp sense of humor are appreciated by everyone across the company! She is an exceptional people person—which makes her perfect for her role as Management Trainee! Riya is the youngest member of her family as well. She lives with her grandma, parents, and elder sister. She is an avid animal lover and a food enthusiast (vegetarian only).

Rebecca has been a stalwart Staff Accountant in our Accounting Services Department for over 5 years. When she’s not at the office, she’s out enjoying fun family activities like BBQs and movie nights.

Purvi is a Tax Accountant on our awesome Tax Team, and loves serving a variety of clients with authenticity and dedication. For Purvi, service means accountability, and we can see that in her 2+ years of working with us! Purvi and her husband are going to celebrate 15 years of marriage this year, and they have three kids. Her oldest son is 10 years old, and her twins are 7 years old. When not working, she likes to go for her yoga classes and spend time with her family and friends. Her all-time favorite shows are The Big Bang Theory and Friends!

Phillip Bridges

Senior Business Development Consultant

Phil is constantly evolving to create meaningful experiences for clients. As Senior Business Consultant, the best part of his job is creating a relationship with his clients that begins a mutually beneficial partnership between our companies. No matter how great the need or how seamless the service, partnership thrives from a positive relationship. Service to Phil is always centered around anticipating needs. If we strive to perfect our craft, we will be able to deliver an exceptional service to our clients before they know they need something. 

When he is not working, he loves being outside enjoying his beautiful state, Montana. He enjoys hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, and golfing. He recently learned how to fly fish but he doesn’t quite consider that a hobby yet! His favorite song is “Fly Me To the Moon” by Frank Sinatra. He and his wife chose it for their first dance at their wedding. According to Phil, they even attempted the Fox Trot dance to go along with the song but failed pretty miserably!

Matthew Monson

Senior Project Specialist

With the company for over 7 years, Matt is a Senior Project Specialist who assists clients in implementing new infrastructure or cloud-based solutions to take their business to the next level. He loves solving complex issues that simplify clients’ businesses and in turn help them to achieve more.

He is married to his wonderful wife Hannah and they have two boys named Nico and Kade. They also have a Golden Retriever named Luna! On his time off, he enjoys playing sports with his kids, as well as cooking, running, and playing guitar. He’s skilled with the strings!

Narendran A

Manager - RCM Billing

Naren is a dedicated and qualitative Billing Manager who has been with Cosentus for over 19 years! He loves turning out quality work and helping his team do their job perfectly. He has been married for 14 years and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and watching the Indian cricket team.

Danica Bryant

Business Development Manager

Danica is our zealous and committed Business Development Manager of 4 years and counting. She loves being able to reach a point with prospective clients where they are comfortable being vulnerable and open about their business. She enjoys getting to know their unique story and working with them to uncover how our team can help. From there, she loves that she can hand off the relationship to any number of talented and caring individuals to deliver the service they need. For Danica, service starts with listening to your client and working with them to create a plan and set expectations on how that plan will be communicated and executed. Service requires preparation, attention to detail, accountability and follow through.

Her husband’s name is Zane and he is a corporate immigration attorney and pilot. They have a 5-year-old German shepherd husky mix named Louie and are expecting our first-born baby boy this December 3rd! Woot woot! In her free time, she loves to explore San Diego with her husband and dog. They play volleyball, hike, camp, host BBQ’s and parties, binge Ted Lasso and try to enjoy life! When it comes to TV…it’s all about The Office!

Daljeet Singh

Management Trainee

Daljeet is a dedicated member of our RCM Team. He does 360 degree audits on the whole RCM cycle, including Billing, Payments, and AR follow-up. He’s been with Cosentus since 2020—and it’s been an awesome run so far!

He has a small, blessed family including his mother Paramjeet Kaur, his lovely wife Harvinder Kaur, a Chartered Accountant in CA, and his charming son Harnoor Singh, who is in KG standard. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and listening to his favorite musician Gurbani Keertan. His favorite music is a Gurbani Shabad “Ik Bhoori Darshan Deejey ” sung by Bhai Sahib Bhai Guriqbal Singh Ji, ASR.

Namrata Chaudhuri

Management Trainee

Namrata best describes herself as balanced. Taking care of medical authorizations for clients/providers, Namrata believes that service is consistently exceeding customer expectations and going out of their way to help people solve their issues. Service not only means helping customers but also making them feel supported.

Outside of work, she likes to get creative with make-up/cosmetics, watch Netflix and cook for my family. Her favorite TV shows include Masterchef Australia and Narcos Book: Ikigai.

Kendra Hatch

SVP and General Manager

Kendra is our effervescent SVP and General Manager! Coming from a 15+ year career in hospitality, it’s no wonder that Kendra is an expert at creating exceptional experiences—for clients and Cosentees both! For Kendra, service means giving back. Being able to serve our employees by investing in their careers and personal growth, and serving our clients by taking burdensome activities off their plates. Ultimately, it’s about serving each other as people—by making sure that everyone loves the opportunities they have at work! What does Kendra love most about her job? The PEOPLE! “We have an awesome team,” she says, “and we provide top-notch services that help business owners.” We couldn’t agree more!

Kendra has 2 beautiful daughters named Harper (10) and Piper (7), and she’s been married to her husband for 20 years! Outside of work, Kendra is all about baking, shopping, watching bad reality TV, traveling, and hanging with her girls! What brings her joy? “Coffee!!!!!!! Coffee, Netflix, and my family with my dog in my lap! :)”

Allen Ranjan

Senior Vice President

Allen has spent years absorbing any and all information he can in all aspects of revenue cycle management. We have coined him “The Encyclopedia”. Allen is not only a whiz at the operation and relational portion of our business, as our Senior Vice President he has also mastered business development and analytics to become the full package.

Allen has been with Cosentus since our company was founded, and is truly devoted to what he does and the clients and employees that he serves. With his wife Pragya, Allen has a beautiful little girl named Aaradhya who is seven that likes to peek in on her dad and provide him smiles while he works, and he somehow always has time for a chat, a smile, and a joke.

Ashley Nicholson

Director of RCM Client Services

Ashley thrives in an environment that provides constant challenge, and opportunity for improvement. This is why she is successful in leading the Medical Revenue Cycle management team as the Director of Client Relations. Ashley started in the Revenue Cycle Management field over 14 years ago, and her focus on ensuring the client is at the center of every decision has made her incredibly valuable to our Cosentus team and to our clients.

When Ashley is not improving a process, or providing exceptional experiences to our clients, you will find her with her family in Salt Lake City. With her husband of 18 years and their beautiful daughter, they love to spend time together whether it is a quick trip to the mountains or a grand adventure to Hawaii.

Ashwin Rajpal

Global Brand Director

Ashwin is the creative voice guiding everything that we do.
With an Art and English Honors Degree, Ashwin found his calling in advertising. He graduated from College of Art, New Delhi, India and has since worked for some of the world’s top network agencies in India, South-Asia and the Middle East and became Youngest Creative Director in India.

Over the past two decades he has had the privilege to work with prominent worldwide brands like: Hyundai Motors, Hero Motors, Nestle Asia, Glaxo Smith Klein (Belgium), Osteoporosis Foundation New York, World Health Organization, and many other prestigious companies. When not at work, Ashwin enjoys walking on the beach, and going cycling. He loves new art installations- and enjoying the best coee in the world in Dubai where he calls home.

Chetna Mongia

Senior Manager Of RCM

Chetna has been a long term dedicated employee for the last 17 years with Cosentus. She started her career as a medical biller, and now she is a Senior Manager overseeing all projects on the Medical and Dental billing side of Revenue Cycle Management.

She thrives training new billers that join our team and she loves learning different billing specialization. When Chetna is not working, so is enjoying time with her husband Naresh, and their son Mohit. Chetna loves embracing her Indian culture and enjoys yoga and meditation, cooking, music and dancing.

Cole Halpin

SVP of Technology

Cole has been one of our IT Masterminds for over 10 years! As our SVP of Technology, he believes that service is what you do, and customer experience is how you make someone feel while doing what you do. Experience is greater than service, every time. Adaptable and efficient, he loves using tech to make people’s lives easier.

Cole has two sweet doggos, and outside of work he likes to spend his time in the NFTs or reading. His favorite book is “Culture Code” by Daniel Coyle!

Cristina Delgado

Account Manager

Cristina has been with us for 17 years. (Wow!!!) For Cristina, being an Account Manager is more than the job description – it’s about being a cheerleader, representing her team, and building relationships both internally and externally. Client outreach is all about service, and for Cristina service means respect, professionalism, and delivering on expectations.

Cristina describes herself as loyal – and we couldn’t agree more!! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and sneaking away for quiet time. She also loves spending time with her OTHER friends – Chardonnay and Tequila! One of 8 siblings, Cristina has 5 kids ranging from 25 to 3, with 2 grandbabies on the way!

Eli Johnson

Business Development

Eli is a ball of energy! He approaches everything he does with passion and purpose. Eli has worked for Cosentus for 11 years, starting as a marketing specialist. He loves people, and digs into his relationships to truly listen to how he can help the other person. This passion to understand what our clients and employees need has made Eli become a dynaminc personable leader. As Vice President of Business Development you can find Eli in the field, working side by side with his team enjoying getting to know the clients that we serve.
Eli loves spending time with his family. He has a wife Lindsey of 8 years, and 4 small children that keep Lindsey and Eli busy riding bikes, skiing in the mountains of Montana, and hanging out around the fire pit in their backyard. Eli embraces life and loves what he does. In the wise words of Eli- “Having fun is so much fun”!

GS is our founder and serves as Chairman and CEO of the Cosentus group. His mission is to lead a team of global professionals that are focused on building the world’s premiere business services organization. GS is a consummate entrepreneur and understands the challenges of growing a business and scaling it profitably without losing sight of its great asset, its people and culture. Having started Cosentus over 20 years ago, he has found an innovative approach to optimizing value for our customers. His dedication to his employees is proven as Cosentus still has more than 80% of its founding employees still working with the company!


GS and Manisha live on sunny Orange County, CA with their two children Jas and Tej and three dogs Eeevee, Milo and Percy. They love to travel and learn about people and new cultures. GS is an avid golfer, scotch connoisseur, watch enthusiast and a member of YPO and the HBS Alumni association. Manisha is involved with the company as its Executive Director and is involved with several charities like Harmony House in India that takes care of under privileged children.

Kanit is the Director of Operations for Medical Revenue Cycle Management. Kanit has been in the revenue cycle management industry since 1999. Kanit is thoughtful in his approach to client service. He is bi-lingual, and personalizes the service that each client receives to customize their experience. Kanit enjoys working with and leading our dynamic patient resources team.

When Kanit is not hard at work ensuring client success, you can find him reading, writing, or going to concerts. Genre of book, you ask? Kanit loves all Genre’s. Kanit has a passion for the Visual Arts and Film industry and chose revenue cycle management over production.

Navneet Kaur

Senior Account Manager

Navneet has more than 15 years of experience in multi-specialty billing. Her expertise lies in Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Endoscopy, General Surgery, ENT and Dermatology. She is a certified revenue cycle representative with Healthcare Financial Management Association and is always eager to expand her knowledge base and collaborate on process improvement.

Navneet enjoys the outdoors and sharing that time with her husband Harmeet Sandhu. Together they enjoy adventures on the weekends with their dog Goofie, walking on the beach, and gardening. Navneet loves the continual learning that the Revenue Cycle Management industry brings and she enjoys interacting with her clients!

Charlemagne Staley

Patient Service Representative

Every day, Charlemagne looks forward to providing a great service for our clients. She brings energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to everything she does. As an only child, she is very close with her mother. She’s also the mother of a 13-year-old son, and in her free time she enjoys trying new and different activities with him. She’s a huge fan of Mexican food & Beyonce!! 😊

Perla Setya

Director of Account Management

Perla Setya is an accomplished Revenue Cycle Management professional with over 12 years of experience. She started her career in the Accounts Receivable Department of Cosentus and has held several leadership positions. She has demonstrated success in optimizing Anesthesia, Pain Management, Orthopedic, OBGYN, ASC and Urgent Care billing and collections.

She is an expert at practice data analysis and reporting and has
worked on several different software platforms including MedSuite, Docutap, Daisy Bill, eCW and Advanced MD. Perla loves challenges and is a true Scorpio, full of passion and zest, that enjoys binge watching good television and eating sweets with her son. When she is not in office, Perla loves a nice spa day and drinking a hot cappuccino with a thick layer of foam.

Phil Sharma

Manager - Implementation

Phil is a seasoned Revenue Cycle Management professional with experience of over 12 years and exposure to all aspects of a claim lifecycle including credentialing, billing, coding and AR management. He has extensive exposure to billing for Anesthesia, ASC, Orthopedic, Pain and Surgery. He is an expert at workflow designing and optimization and has been instrumental in implementing various process improvements and intelligence measures.

Phil has a management degree in hospitality, and spent 9 years taking care of guests and really understand how to deliver exceptional service experiences. Phil is married to his wonderful wife Nitu, and together they share children Sparsh and Aarush who bring them much joy. Phil loves to spend time with his family gardening, and working on home improvement projects when he is not at work.

Raja Inder Bhalla

Vice Chairman & COO

Meet our co-founder of Cosentus, a well-rounded leader. Being from a Finance and International Business background, Raja brings expertise in business operations and an intricate understanding of the ever-changing nature of the service industry. Enjoying the fast-paced nature of Cosentus, he leads our dedicated operations support team in New Delhi, and helps clients and employees with winning solutions.

Raja and his wife Ashmeen have two children, a daughter Taarini and a son named Jeev. Want to meet an adventurous family? Meet the Bhalla’s who enjoy golfing, skiing, riding motorcycles, and traveling.

Rajan Dhoopar

Vice President of COS

Rajan has spent 20 years with our company in many different roles as we have grown over the years. He enjoys learning different aspects of the Revenue Cycle Management world and each new business vertical he welcomes as a learning opportunity. 

Rajan is married to his wife Poonam, and they share two daughters Bhuvi and Mugdha. They like to travel, and take long road trips with lots of opportunities to practice photography, a hobby of Rajan’s!

Travis Bruyere

Chief Revenue Officer

As our Chief Revenue Officer, Travis is focused on Cosentus delivering an exceptional experience through every phase of the client journey. For the last 17 years Travis has been a leader in our organization by deepening employee engagement in Business Development to ensure each member of the team has personal responsibility, professionalism, and produces results. This mantra has proven to be the secret sauce to our team’s success.

When not at work, Travis loves spending time with his family. Along with his wife Emily, they have four kids Spencer, Raelynn, Carson and Marissa , who they are extremely proud of. Travis also loves following his favorite sports teams (college and pros), golfing, backpacking, chess, and staying involved as an active member of his church. If he had to choose a favorite sports team? The Green Bay Packers, Go Pack Go!

Aman Bhasin

Senior VP Global operations (Non US)

Aman brings with him over 20 years of management experience in the BPO industry. He has led global diverse teams of over 5,000 people across India, Philippines, Americas, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Guatemala – in the areas of Collections / A/R, IT Help Desk, Data, and Advanced Analytics, F&A, Digital and Transformation change management from a Customer 360 / Experience perspective.

Married for 24 years with twin boys and based out of the Delhi NCR area in India. Outside of work, he’s an avid traveler with a fondness for beaches!

Amy Winter

Marketing Account Manager

Amy is from Belfast, Northern Ireland and her husband is from East Sussex, England. Their dog, Lily, is from MSP, Minnesota! They met in Duluth, Minnesota in 2014 and have been traveling the world together ever since. Amy is a big fan of running, cycling, hiking, traveling or binge-watching Netflix!

At Cosentus, she loves getting to be creative with how we market and brand our company. She enjoys the opportunity to work with clients on developing their company’s personality in the digital world and beyond! Accountability is at the core of Amy’s work ethic and commitment to service. Outside of work, Amy finds delight in her dog, coffee, donuts, country music, tacos, ice cubes in rose wine, and summers at the lake.

Arun Mishra

Management Trainee -US Accounting

Arun’s favorite part of his job is just about everything he does—from dealing with financial numbers and working on client and corporate accounting, to interviewing new team members and getting to work with awesome people. Service is all about dedication and versatility, but also taking a little time out of your day to enjoy the pleasurable things.

For Arun, that means traveling and spending time with family, cycling, and playing badminton with his 10-year-old son. His family includes himself, his wife Meenu, and his son Shlok. He loves action movies–”Rocky” is his favorite—and also prepping for his own action movie through daily workouts and a protein & carb rich diet.

Barry Brown

Tax Project Coordinator

Barry is our intrepid Tax Project Coordinator, who enjoys hiking, rock hounding, camping, and golfing! He believes that good service is a client getting what they want without having to ask for it. Sounds about right!

Barry’s favorite song is “Sleepwalk” by Santo & Johnny, his favorite movie is “Glengarry Glen Ross,” and his favorite book is “In Dubious Battle” by John Steinbeck.

Management Trainee

Nanki is our hardworking Management Trainee for Recruitment and Training. On the whole she loves her job, but training new employees and having those one-to-one interactions with coworkers are her favorite parts of the day.

She lives in a joint family with her grandparents, parents, uncle and aunt, siblings, and her dog! When she’s not working, she likes exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.

Michael Haskell

Senior Consultant in IT Services

Mike is our Senior Consultant in IT Services. He loves the variety in his job—that there are new problems to solve every day. In fact, he believes that service is actually solving the client’s problem. There is a surprising difference in effort to actually solve a problem versus attempting to solve it—and it takes genuine drive to do so!

Rabaani lives in a loving joint family with her grandparents, parents, siblings, and a cute little pup that she adores. She’s the first in her family to venture into the corporate world. As a recent addition to the organization, she is enthusiastic and driven to learn new things and become a master in all. Being a management trainee, she hopes to become an all-rounder working seamlessly in every field of the business.

The Bhalla’s are a family of 7. GS, Manisha, 2 two-legged and 3 four-legged children. As the Executive Director of Cosentus, she loves the entire team and looks forward to seeing everyone every day—and we all look forward to her around-the-office morning greetings and warm, balancing presence! (She’s also GS’s boss!!)

With Cosentus since Day One, she loves giving back to the community, family, and friends without any expectation of a return. In her free time, she loves to read, watch Downton Abbey (her latest obsession!) and take long walks/hikes. Her favorite shows include Bones, Friends, Schitts Creek, and Downton Abbey, of course!

Married to his beautiful wife Emily, they are expecting their first child in December 2021—and hoping that their Redbone Coonhound, Rhubarb, will make a great big sister! It’s doing what you say you’re going to do. Lastly it’s being transparent and communicating all throughout the process. With this philosophy in mind, Nicholas loves uncovering ways of solving problems that weren’t previously considered.

Married to his beautiful wife Emma, they have an adorable boxer named Charlie. Outside of work he enjoys exercising, running, riding motorcycles, and traveling. He wouldn’t consider himself a foodie, but he does love to eat. Doesn’t matter what type of food – he just has an enormous appetite!

POD Manager - AR

Starting the journey as an Accounts Receivables, Neil is now ASC POD manager with a flair for coordinating between clients and business to get projects completed on schedule. In his 4 years of experience with Cosentus (and still counting), he has handled various assignments from start to finish and increased collections. During his journey with the company, he never ever has let down the clients’ expectations.

Neil is dedicated & passionate about his work and everything he does. He is a strong believer in “Do it with all the passion or don’t do it at all”. He loves challenges and never says “no” to anything that is related to his work. Neil shares his parents and grandparents’ blessing with 1 sister and 1 brother. Neil loves to spend his spare time Travelling, Biking, and Cricket.

Garth loves to travel and experience new places either locally in the U.S. or abroad. He doesn’t have any one favorite song—Garth loves most music, but some genres more than others. His favorite movies are action thrillers and comedy. His favorite NFL team is the 49ers!

As our dedicated Lead Accountant, Linda is all about helping our clients. “When you can establish a great working relationship with your client,” she says, “you can almost feel like you are going to work in their office and really be a part of their team.” That’s exactly what we strive for at Cosentus! Service means doing your absolute best job for your client—and Linda has been doing that for us since October 2011. Way to go, Linda!

Linda has been married to her husband Rick for 43 years, and between all their brothers and sisters they have 9 nephews and 2 nieces! Reading is Linda’s passion. She doesn’t go anywhere without a book—especially sci-fi and romance. Other than reading, Linda loves to go camping with her husband and riding around on their RZR. She also does some embroidery, playing with beads for jewelry, which she plans to pursue even more after she retires! When it comes to music, Linda has wide-ranging tastes. From Rock & Roll to Classical, and 50s and 60s bops, she’s got the lyrics down! Football and NASCAR are Linda’s favorite sports – Go Broncos!

With Cosentus since February 2014, Diane is on our all-star Accounting Applications Support Team. She is the proud mom of 3 fur babies: Luna the Lab mix, Boondoggle (Boon) the Lab/Coon Hound mix, and Jazz the old cat. Outside of work, she enjoys adventures outside, walking the dogs, rock hunting, and ATV riding.

Family is super important to Shalu. Her mom is her super support system, along with her brother and her sweet little sister—who has wanted to be an artist since their school days! She loves spending time with friends and watching her favorite show, SUITS. Soy milk cappuccinos with chocolate brownies bring her joy!

Peter Davies

Senior VOIP Network Engineer

Peter Davies is adventurous and intuitive. He is our Sr. Network/VoIP Engineer—a glamorous title, as he calls it!—and his favorite part of his job is having no drama and welcoming people. For Peter, service can be summed up in one quote: “Everybody likes hot fries.”
Some years ago Peter was born and raised a farm boy in Moses Lake Washington. Over the years his family grew to include 4 siblings—he’s the oldest, with 2 younger sisters and a younger brother. His sisters are married with various nieces and nephews while Peter and his brother managed to avoid marriage! He became a “Technical Redneck,” while his brother works from the DoD in Washington DC.

Peter loves being outside. He does a lot of camping, hiking and riding on his side-by-sides. His favorite song has changed through the years and depends on his mood. He’s a huge Star Trek fan, the Sea Hawks are his team, and Gummy Bears and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups are his favorite candy! But what brings him a lot of joy is a glass of tall cool water, the silence of freshly fallen snow in the morning, and mowing the lawn.

As our goal-oriented Dental Verifications Lead, Vidhi is a driven self-starter passionate about her work. Her work gives Vidhi her identity, and she loves interacting with people and solving problems with her team.

Vidhi’s family includes her Mum, Big Bro, and Sister-in-Law, Sister, and her niece. Outside of work, Vidhi enjoys exciting culinary pursuits and spending time with her family and best buddies.

Keri is excited to be here! She greets her fellow Cosentees with a big smile and she’s ready and eager to help wherever she can. In her free time, she loves to crochet, scrapbook, needle felt and cast epoxy resin. We’re amazed by all the crafts she comes up with! In addition to arts & crafts, she enjoys reading Stephen King and her favorite food group is Carbohydrates.

Mary’s favorite part about being at Cosentus is her awesome team. Service means helping and doing work for others, and as our Dental Account Manager she gets to do this work every day. Mary says the best word to describe herself is “constant”–and we have to agree! 

She is a single mother with a 16-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter. She loves all bodies of water and taking trips to the Rocky Mountains. In her free time she enjoys cooking and watching The Office.

Kelsey describes herself as driven and considers working with clients her favorite part of her job! As a super-star Staff Accountant, Kelsey believes that good service is making sure that the people you serve are happy and satisfied with the work you are doing for them. We couldn’t agree more! 

Outside of work, Kelsey loves exploring the outdoors, snowboarding, hiking, and being at the lake. She has 3 siblings—a brother and 2 sisters—but she’s the oldest! She and her husband love watching 90 Day Fiancé in their free time, as well as grilling and exploring their new home of Billings.

Kirk has been delivering exceptional IT experiences with us for over 10 years. As VP of Cosentus Technology Services, Kirk enjoys the teamwork aspect of his job, as well as helping customers achieve their business goals by leveraging technology. For Kirk, service means relationship. It is the process of listening, understanding, committing, and delivering.

Kirk best describes himself as “present.” With his wife and two kids—one 18-year-old boy and one 13-year-old girl—he likes to enjoy the outdoors, fishing, hiking, backpacking, and mountain biking. Beyond the outdoors, he can’t get enough pizza and Eckhart Tolle is his favorite author.

Darius Ray

Helpdesk Technicians for the Technology Department

As a reliable member of our Tier 2 Help Desk Support team, Darius loves the opportunity to put his problem-solving skills to work and make both big and little accomplishments every day. Even the smallest quickest ticket being resolved can have a great impact on our customers—and that’s what brings Darius joy every day. For Darius, service means continuity. That’s giving our customers the opportunity to accomplish what they are best at by removing the stress of IT struggles.

He has a lovely wife and 4 daughters ranging from 1 year to 10 years old. He also has an awesome golden-doodle named Shadow who is the only other male in the household! Outside of work, he enjoys playing board games, video games, or puzzles with his wife and also spending time with his kids, both teaching them and showing them how to enjoy life. He also asserts that ramen and quesadillas are the best comforts good combination – and he can’t be steered to think otherwise!

Vineet is a Chartered Accountant and has also done MBA from IMT-Ghaziabad a Premier B-School.
He has professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Controls, Budgeting, MIS Reporting, Costing, Accounting, Taxation, Statutory Compliance, Team Management, Pay Envelope, Auditing & Funds Management in diverse industries. Accountability is central to his work ethic.

Beyond work, Vineet loves spending time with family and friends. He’s also an adventurous sort—enjoying Cricket, Tennis, travelling and relaxing. He and his wife Avinder have been married for 15 years. They have two children, boy Khushaal who is 13 and daughter Udhya who is 10.

As a dynamic member of our Technology Team, Scott’s favorite part of his job is being able to connect with clients and help them to solve problems. He feels a real sense of accomplishment when he can replace a problem with a solution, and turn a negative situation into a positive one. He’s been with the company for one year and counting, and he’s looking forward to working with his team for many more! When not working, he’s playing music with his band, trying new recipes, and supporting local coffee shops!

Ajay is the Head of Operations for our Cosentus Operations Support Division. He has been with Cosentus for over 20 years, in fact, he is the first employee that GS ever hired at Cosentus! This speaks to Ajay’s loyalty, and dedication that he has for our company. Ajay is analytical and has immense knowledge of operating systems and their various workflows. This is incredibly important for the multi-specialties he oversees.

Ajay and his wife Surekha are proud parents of two wonderful daughters Ankita and Akshita. They enjoy spending time with as a family and listening to classical music.
